Simple Factory Audit
The simple factory audit should be performed before the buyer place an order with a new vendor or reevaluate the running. The simple Factory audit is done at your potential manufacturer’s premises.

 

  • Factory profile, official business name, ownership, organization chart, contact details, production line status, production capability and capacity.
    Employee and workforce; overview of HR policies, management style and workers situation factory profile; name, contact, license check etc.
    Experience; trade history, client information, available samples.
    Verification of documentation; review of licenses and certification such as ISO-9001, ISO-14001, OHSAS 18001, WRAP, BSCI, Oeko-tex, GOTS etc.

First Article Inspection

The first article inspection (FAI) also called initial quality control, usually happens right after the manufacturer starts producing your first mass production samples. We will send our inspector when 1% to 10% of your ordered quantity has been produced. This inspection is usually performed at the factory.

During Production Inspection

The during production inspection (DPI) will take place during production between 20% and 80% of the manufacturing process. We check packed and ready to go products.

  • Product appearance, workmanship quality, size measurement, weight check, functionality assortment, accessories, labeling & logos, packaging,, packing on basis of given AQL level and other tests and special requirements that depends on the product and the export market.
  • During production inspection (DPI) will also cover the raw materials, unfinished products and the planning of production.

Pre Shipment Inspection

The pre shipment inspection also called the final random inspection (FRI). It will take place when at lest 80% of products are ready and packed in export packaging. However, you can specify when booking online if you want 100% of the products to be ready for this inspection. The pre shipment inspection will take place at the factory, or in some cases, it could even take place at the forwarder’s premises at the pier.

  • During the PSI we cover all possible on site checks of your production the basis of given AQL level; Product appearance (AQL), workmanship safety and functionally, quantity, assortment, colors / measurement/weight, accessories, labeling & logos, packing & packaging, and any other requirements you may have.

 

Container Loading Supervision

The Container Loading Supervision  will take place right before the shipment is supposed to load the packages inside the container. The loading process is aim to be supervised. This Supervision usually takes place at the factory but some time performed at your forwarder’s premises.

  • Quantity check, packing list check, the container conditions, the process of the loading (cartons conditions, filling-up level etc), a quick look at the packaging & packing of your products.

 

  • Please note that for complete QC checks on product specifications, labeling & marking and cosmetic (AQL) testing, you should book a standard inspection, such as a Pre-shipment inspection or during production inspection.
